A small, well-made building on Ogden.
Limited Edition is a new-construction boutique residential building completed in 2026, seven residences on a single lot in the Fairfax pocket of West Hollywood. Every home carries the same architectural program: signature coffered ceilings with warm bronze lighting, and a European stone material palette that runs from the kitchens through the baths.
Cabinetry is bespoke, sourced from workshops in Italy and Spain. Tile and stone are drawn primarily from the same countries and from the United Kingdom. A landscaped rooftop retreat with sculptural desert plantings sits above every residence, framed by sky and city outlooks.
